If you’re a Disney Enthusiast (see what we did there), then you are in for an absolute treat. Studio MDHR have long shown snippets of their Fantasia-esque Xbox One indie exclusive, Cuphead, but at their E3 press conference, Microsoft unveiled a fantastically whimsical trailer, that demonstrated the idea that often the charm of a game can simply be the artistic direction of the color palette.
Visually, Cuphead is bound to get the artistes among you frothing at the mouth, but in terms of gameplay the Xbox One exclusive is a stunning platformer that likely matches its beauty with its difficulty. Fans of retro games will likely find something to immerse themselves in when it releases under the tentative date of 2016.
Microsoft has always had a knack for attaching itself to a great number of talented independent game studios and it looks to continue that trend with Cuphead.
