Xbox/PC cross buy is the hot topic right now. Yesterday, Microsoft announced that anyone who pre-orders Quantum Break for Xbox One will get a code to redeem the game absolutely free for Windows 10. This announcement sent the internet into a frenzy. The responses range from people loving the idea of cross buy to people canceling their pre-orders for Quantum Break. This culminated with various tweets to the head of Xbox Himself, Phil Spencer. In response to a question about seeing 3rd Party games as cross buy titles in the future, Phi said this:

A Platform Feature. This doesn’t really confirm anything. In fact, Kinect was a “platform feature” that next to no one took advantage of. However, seeing Phil support the idea is hope for more titles in the future.
