Back at Gamescom 2013 a game Tequila works announced Rime. The following year it was revealed that title would be a PlayStation exclusive. If the name Tequila Works rings a bell, its because they also worked on the game Deadlight for the Xbox 360 and PC, a 2012 summer of Arcade title that reviewed fairly well.
Tequila Works took to twitter this week to announce they have reacquired the rights for Rime back from Sony.
Tequila Works has chosen to reacquire the rights to its adventure game, RiME, and is working hard to realise its aspirations for it.

This has sparked a lot of conversation wondering if this means Rime will end up landing on the Xbox One. It was do to a deal gone wrong with XBLA that it almost ended up as a PlayStation exclusive.
Rime is an adventure/puzzle game about a boy trying to escape a cursed island using just his wits. Tequila Works has not released any news regarding an Xbox One release, so this has to stay well within the rumor column.
